Your chosen wedding breakfast package is inclusive of the following:
Your choice of wedding breakfast menu, Room hire, Fresh garlands for the top table and for the cake table, Fresh flowers for each table, Place cards, Menu cards, Changing room for the bride and groom, Table plan, Red carpet welcome, Cake knife, Choice of coloured table linen, Free parking, Two Saturday admission tickets for the John Smiths Grand National.

Starters

  • Chunky seasonal vegetable soup served with soft herb croutons (v)
  • Smooth chicken liver parfait with toasted sweet brioche and a homemade farmhouse chutney
  • Classic Greek salad with soft herb croutons and sea salt flakes

Main courses

  • Honey basted turkey breast with rosemary roasted potatoes, market fresh vegetables, homemade stuffing and chipolatas
  • Oven roasted loin of pork with an apple glazed fondant potato, seasonal vegetables and a cider reduction
  • Mushroom and chestnut risotto with dressed rocket and vanilla oil (v)

Dessert

  • Classical lemon posset with crushed berries and a gingerbread crumb
  • Milk chocolate mousse with a white chocolate sauce and dark chocolate shavings
  • Traditional fresh fruit salad, scented with crème fraiche and brandy snap tuille
     
  • Freshly brewed coffee and mints

Corbiere Package

Starters

  • Oak smoked Scottish salmon with a new potato, red onion and caper salad with a lemon dressing
  • Chilled Melon with Italian ham, black pepper and olive oil
  • Roasted vine tomato and basil soup with a parmesan croute

Main courses

  • Traditional Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding served with Chef's selection of vegetables and potatoes
  • Fillet of chicken with dauphinoise style potatoes, shoestring seasonal vegetables, crispy streaky bacon and a grain mustard jus
  • Oven baked peppers stuffed with Hollumi cheese, aubergine, pine nuts and Mediterranean style rice (V)

Dessert

  • Vanilla pod creme brulee with shortbread fingers
  • Apple and cinnamon crumble with sticky toffee sauce and an apple crisp
  • Sharp lemon tart with clotted cream and crushed berries

  • Warm king prawn and smoked bacon salad with sweet chilli and coriander

  • Goats cheese, beetroot and walnut turnover with a dressed rocket salad

Main courses

  • Medallions of beef  with chateau potatoes, honey brushed root vegetables and a rich red wine reduction

Or

  • Herb crusted fillet of salmon with crushed new potatoes,  sugar snaps, roasted vine tomatoes and a champagne cream

Or

  • Mediterranean vegetable brochette with citrus infused cous cous and house salad(v)
