I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you. In a world in which people seem to fire of letters of complaint. I wanted to send you and the team at Aintree a note thanking you for your continued good work. I am a regular visitor to racecourses across the country and attend Aintree not only for the National meeting but also some of the Friday night meetings and as such feel in a fair position to judge what Aintree has to offer. The staff are first rate, the facilities are excellent but most importantly the atmosphere is amazing! This comes from you and your team and it should not be underestimated just how much your hard work is appreciated. I have always seen the Cheltenham Festival as the mecca of all jumps racing but I now put Aintree along side that meeting and that is some praise I can tell you. I have to give a special mention to the girls in the ticket office who are a very warm and kind public face for Aintree and gave me and my partner a first rate welcome when last year. Morning all, What a good day! Many thanks for all your help and support. Even though we were down on anticipated player numbers I was pleased that we got to the 250 mark in the room - you can see though how security etc is not required!!! The stage and the room looked great and all the staff were their usual smiley selves. All left on the day with smiles on their faces which is what it is all about. I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for your all your help and support last week and in the build-up to our exhibition. It is always a pleasure working with you both, especially as you are such perfectionists and strive to put on the best event and that truly shows. Both Paul and I believe this has been the most organised and least stressful event and this is largely thanks to you and your fantastic teams. This Particular event is a regular monthly meeting for us, and extremely important. Hi John, I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to you and your members of staff who made our day go like clockwork, the service and whole day were first class, as was the food in the day and the evening buffet was outstanding. Also, thank Debbie, nothing was to much trouble for anyone THANKS ONCE AGAIN. The new Mr and Mrs Offlands.
We hosted the Acadamy of Marketing 2011 in July at Aintree Racecourse and as the Events Co-ordinator I was very impressed with the service received during all stages of the process. There was a good level of communiation during the booking and set up phases with flexibility to visit the venue on multiple occasions. During the event, all teams we came into contact with worked together to ensure that the service was punctual and delivered to a high standard in a friednly yet professional manner. We had a direct line of contact with Front of House staff during the event who covered the whole site and made sure that any arrising issues were dealt with promptly. The range of size of conference rooms, character of venue, media centre and excellent parking and transport links played an important part in making the conference so operatinally successful, but undoubtedly the personal manner in which the service was delivered will be remembered by both the University of Liverpool Management School and many of our 500 internation delegates.
