Media Accreditation

John Smith’s Grand National 2008

Aintree Racecourse wishes to advise that all Press Metal Badges and press pass cards will once again NOT be valid for the 2008 Grand National meeting.

All media wishing to attend any day of the three-day meeting must obtain accreditation from the racecourse. All media (including Press Metal badge holders and press pass card holders) who have attended the Grand National meeting for the past three years will automatically receive an email reminder to apply for accreditation in February 2008. All accreditation applications for the 2008 meeting must be made online. Aintree Racecourse will send regular updates on the accreditation process, status, as well as changes in procedure for the 2008 meeting.

All requests for accreditation must be received by the racecourse no later than Monday 3rd March 2008. Media accreditations will be posted to the addresses supplied. It is requested that updates in applications are not made to the racecourse during this period. Media who have not received their accreditation Monday 17th March 2008 should contact Sarah Driscoll on 0151 522 2915 or email: sarah.driscoll@jockeyclubracecourses.com

All other Aintree meetings

Media and photographers applying for accreditation to all other Aintree meetings must do so in writing, either by email (emma.owen@jockeyclubracecourses.com) or fax (0151 522 2920) to Emma Owen, Marketing and PR Manager. Please ensure your application is submitted at least 14 days prior to the meeting.
