Steeplechase Enclosure

Open on John Smith’s Grand National day only, this enclosure provides prime viewing of the first fences of the Grand National Course, unreserved seating and with a relaxed dress code, offers a unique outdoor Grand National experience. Although this area does not give access to the Parade Ring side of the racecourse, the Steeplechase Enclosure has an atmosphere all of its own. Racegoers can soak in the anticipation and excitement that is felt by the 40 jockeys as they canter down to the first fence in the big race itself. This area is inclusive of its own bars, catering, betting facilities, big screen viewing and live entertainment. Tattersalls Enclosure

This popular enclosure is the largest and most atmospheric enclosure at Aintree throughout the three-day meeting, offering an abundance of facilities, with access to the Parade Ring and Winner’s Enclosure, in addition to the colour and café style bars on the Red Rum lawn and around the Parade Ring. Ticket holders have access to the Irish Bar, live music in the Aintree Pavilion, tote betting, plus big screen viewing. The Aintree mound provides viewing of the closing stages of every race. West Tip Seats

Offering the excitement of the Tattersalls Enclosure, these covered seats offer great views up the home straight and of the final few fences of the course. Enjoy the private bar for West Tip Seats holders and then explore the rest of the Tattersalls Enclosure at your leisure. These seats are always in great demand, so book early. Grandstand Badges

For prime viewing of all races over the festival meeting, our grandstands really are the place to be. Grandstand badges not only offer the choice of a reserved seat or roof/terrace viewing badge with stunning views over the racecourse, they also feature:

• designated bars for each seated or roof/terrace area of every grandstand;
• designated tote betting facilities within each enclosure;
• big screen viewing; and,
• access to ground floor bars, as well as the Parade Ring and Winner’s Enclosure, so you can get as closse to the action as you wish.
   

Princess Royal Stand Roof

A partially covered standing area, with the Tommy Wallis Suite as its dedicated bar, this enclosure offers a unique vantage point over the racecourse, and an ideal spot for viewing the all important final closing moments of every race. Princess Royal Stand Seats

Situated between the Chair and the Water Jump with a fantastic view of the winning post, these seats offer intimate viewing of the closing moments of every race. County Stand Roof

With a birds-eye view directly above the winning post, you can scrutinize who makes it first past the post before anyone else. This traditional uncovered area offers prime viewing, making this badge very popular with racegoers at Aintree. Queen Mother Stand Roof

Just yards past the Grand National finish line, this traditional uncovered area offers premium viewing along with a dedicated bar. It boasts an ideal location on the racecourse itself, close to the Parade Ring and Winner’s Enclosure and not too far from the vibrant Red Rum Garden. Queen Mother Stand Seats

Watch the equine stars take their place at the Grand National start line and be in the thick of the action as the horses pass the winning post. Earl of Derby & Lord Sefton Stand Terraces

Aintree’s newest grandstands offer terraces closer to the action than anywhere else on the racecourse. Located either side of the horse walk, witness the colourful preparations of horses and jockeys at the Grand National start line, and be one of the first to cheer a winner on its way back to the Winner’s Enclosure. Earl of Derby and Lord Sefton Stand Seats

Our award-winning grandstands were open for the first time at the 2007 John Smith’s Grand National meeting and are now a firm favourite with Aintree racegoers. Designed to offer first-class viewing facilities for the 21st century spectator, both stands fit the brief perfectly.

Each grandstand provides two levels of covered seating, higher than any other seated area at Aintree, hence providing breathtaking views over the famous course. Both levels permit access to private saddle bars overlooking the horse-walk and Parade Ring, ensuring a vantage point like no other.

Looking for something extra special? The Winner’s Bar and The Platinum County Lounge are Aintree’s most exclusive style bars offering limited capacity for ultimate enjoyment and come with a grandstand badge [with some nice little extras too!]

Winner's Bar Seats

Enjoy a reserved Princess Royal Grandstand seat and spend your day in memorable surroundings in Aintree's Old Weighing Room, where the walls are covered with historical artefacts and tributes to Grand National legends. This package includes delicious finger food, a complimentary racecard and a tipster to guide you through the day's racing.

The Platinum County Lounge

Be part of Aintree’s exclusive VIP grandstand enclosure. Enjoy a fully covered reserved seat overlooking the famous water jump and mingle with friends in this facility’s own dedicated private lounge from where you can purchase sumptuous food and drinks on offer from our highbrow concessions.

The Platinum County Lounge also features its own private entrance and a complimentary racecard, along with two dedicated bars, open for an additional hour following the final race of the day, ensuring your day doesn’t draw to a close too quickly.
