From an intimate dinner for 20, to a sit down event for 600, Aintree has a vast range of suites, making for a memorable event or party. Start an extra special evening with a drinks reception in Aintree’s former Weighing Room, now the Winner’s Bar, with walls adorned with racing memorabilia and Grand National artifacts.

At the smaller end of the spectrum, choose from one of our private boxes or syndicate rooms, with breathtaking views over the entire racecourse. Each of our stands also features private dining spaces, from the elegant Sefton Rooms where the walls are adorned with historic racing paintings to Aintree’s newest, the contemporary Lord Derby and Earl of Sefton stands. Smaller dinners can be accommodated in the atmospheric surroundings of the Paddock Lodge, home of the racecourse’s former owners the Topham Family, or Winners’ Bar, while the Equestrian Centre provides a vast, versatile space to seat up to 3,500 for a dinner or gala.

Off course, on a 270-acre racecourse, space isn’t an issue – we’re happy to erect a marquee on the racecourse itself, or within the lawns of the Red Rum Garden, where Red Rum can take pride of place in your marquee setting.

A dedicated event manager will see to all of your organisational needs, and will remain in full radio/ mobile contact throughout the event. Our in-house catering team, Jockey Club Catering provides first class, seasonal and local fare. We have a range of menu options available, encompassing everything from a five-course meal to canapés and champagne, a buffet, or are happy to create something bespoke for your event.
