Autumn/Winter Raceday - Sunday 24th October 2010
This autumn racing weekend at Aintree is not only well known for being the opening meeting to the jump season, but also for all the fun that happens off course too!
Saturday is a celebration of all things sporting, with off course bars showing all of the best live sport, plus there’s live entertainment to get you in the mood for your Saturday night out.
Racing is back again on Sunday, with family being the theme of the day for Freaky Family Funday. With Halloween in sight, a wizard day out at Aintree is on the cards for all the family at Freaky Family Fun Day! Whilst grown ups enjoy the day’s exciting races, the little devils prepare for Halloween with an action packed day, full of free entertainment, including:
- Magic shows and fairground rides
- Halloween Crafts
- Kids and adults' Fancy Dress Competition
plus much, much more!!
New for 2010, Platinum County Lounge Tickets will be available to purchase for our autumn and winter race days. These tickets cost £25 and include access to the exclusive Platinum County Lounge with County Grandstand seats, a complimentary racecard and vouchers for discounted house champagne. This area will be exclusive to Platinum County Lounge ticket holders, and is for over 21s only.

What should I wear?
Although there is no official dress code, smart is preferable and is often adopted. Hats are optional too, but are frequently worn for summer fixtures. Autumn / winter racing typically follows a dress for the elements dress code.
